三年級中文科活動：走進社區 遊覽油麻地

4月14日，本校三年級同學參與了中文科聯課活動，走出課室親身探索油麻地的社區文化。同學先後到訪了油麻地果欄、上海街及天后廟等景點。透過實地觀察及「實景結合詞卡」的教學方式，同學能更具體地掌握相關詞彙，加深對社區歷史與環境的認識，從而激發學習興趣。

此次活動旨在豐富同學的生活經驗，並將所見所聞轉化為寫作素材，應用於中文科「遊記寫作」的課程中。看到同學們一邊觀察、一邊認真記錄，相信這樣的學習歷程能有效提升他們的寫作興趣與水平。讓我們一起期待他們的作品吧！

P.3 Chinese Language Activity: Exploring the Yau Ma Tei Community

On April 14th, our P3 students participated in a Chinese Language co-curricular activity, stepping out of the classroom to explore the vibrant culture of Yau Ma Tei. Students visited several iconic landmarks, including the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market, Shanghai Street, and the Tin Hau Temple. By combining on-site observation with "visual word cards," students were able to master new vocabulary more effectively while deepening their understanding of the community's history and environment, further sparking their interest in learning.

This activity was designed to enrich students' life experiences and help them transform their observations into creative material for their "Travel Writing" unit in Chinese class. Seeing the children observe so closely and record their findings so diligently, we believe this authentic learning journey will significantly enhance their writing interest and skills.
